Day 5- Anime You're Ashamed You Enjoyed

Don’t worry, it’s not “Boku no Pico” 😂​😂​

Mine is actually “Sword Art Online”…

I mean, I’m not exactly ashamed that I enjoyed it, I’m just ashamed that I didn’t know it was a harem/love story type of anime. 

Like the entire time I thought it was about a guy who was trying to beat the gaming system with a side of romance. In reality, it’s just a romance anime that’s set in a game.

It wasn’t until someone sent me a video of this guy ranting about how horrible it was that I realized that I was wrong about it.


But don’t get me wrong, I still love it as a romance anime. I just hate that I thought it was all action.

3 Reasons Why I Believe Mikasa Isn't a "Mary Sue"

Like I said before, most people who hate Mikasa tend to argue the she's a Mary Sue. For those of you who may be unfamiliar with this term (although almost everyone should know), a Mary Sue is a fictional character who's absolutely perfect in every conceivable way. This character is usually a woman and is perceived as "annoying' by most of the fandom. What I'd like to point out are the traits that make her seem less "perfect". Mind you, I am in no way hating on Mikasa. 1. She's a little anti-social I feel that throughout the series, Mikasa only talks to people when she feels like she has to. Kind of like the whole "Do no speak unless you are spoken to" thing. That's why sometimes it kind of looks like Eren and Armin are her only friends. That's it, Deku will always be the best boy. I love him. ISN'T HE THE CUTEST?? Okay, fangirl moment over. Let's get serious. So , it turns out that All Might isn't all might, if you know what I mean. Seriously, how do you go from this TO THIS IN 0.2 SECONDS? ... He looks like a bum. Anyway, Deku finally gets his big question answered by his childhood hero. To which All Might responds, You can almost pinpoint the exact second his heart gets shattered. BUT I really think Deku might have been able to prove a bit of his worth in this episode. Due to All Might's negligence, he'd accidentally dropped the soda bottle that had contained the Sludge Monster (is that his name?? I'm not sure).
