Did You Hear??

So apparently the media's been going around blaming anime over things like recent suicides and the burning of someone's house.

The first case was when a boy killed himself over the death of a Naruto character... What the hell?! Okay, first of all, children should know the difference between a god damn TV show (especially an animated one) and real life. If not, their parents are the ones you should be blaming, not the show. Another example would be a when a girl killed herself and the parents found a bunch of Death Note volumes next to her suicide note. I'm really wondering whether we should really trust the parents, because they seem like a couple of dumbasses to me. I'm sorry, but why the hell would you believe that your daughter killed herself because of a fucking picture book?! That's literally the dumbest shit I've ever heard. Did they even read her note?

A kid burns down her house, and the parents blame it on Soul Eater... Maybe you should actually knock some god damn sense into your child instead of blaming it on, again, A FUCKING MANGA! The fire could have been an accident, maybe it wasn't even her fault. And who the hell was with her in the house at the time, because they did a pretty fucking terrible job at watching her and not noticing the fire sooner -_-

Now for the "child pornography" comment from CNN, I'll let that one slide... Just a little. Not all anime is child pornography, and the reason why there is anime like that is because there's some really fucking sad, lonely men out in Japan who actually have the balls to make stuff like that. And if you're so concerned about it, how about RESTRICTING YOUR CHILD FROM WATCHING IT LIKE ANY NORMAL FUCKING PERSON

*Sighs* Ah, people. We're very interesting beings (and a little dumb too).

By the way, if you can, please repost the most recent post in my feed with the hashtag #itsnotanime to spread awareness for this. The media is planning to ban anime and manga over these incidents, so please help! You can access my feed by clicking this link, or just searching @that_kawaii_anime_girl on Instagram.

Thank you for reading!
