It's An Anime Thing

You know which one I'm talking about. The one where most of the characters had triangle-shaped faces, pointy ass chins, and big ass eyes. That, I really don't know why, scares the shit out of me. Like DOES THAT NOT SCARE YOU??? SHE LOOKS LIKE A FUCKING BUG How is that cute Jesus Christ

Oh wow... Okay. So most of you might know already that my favorite anime so far is Attack on Titan . So... I'm fucked, but not completely fucked. Eren is a Shifter, so it's not all that bad. However, I'm not fond of the life he's living. I'd rather not live in a world where everything's risky and the government is coming for your head, etc. Plus, this guy has been through a LOT. I don't think I would handle it as well as he did. Plus, he's very headstrong. I'm not really like that. I know my limitations so I'm not the type to just do things impulsively like he does.

WASSUP BITCHEEEES So after seeing this all over my Tumblr dash, I finally made the decision to watch it. By the way, wasn't it on Netflix before? Did they take it down or am I wrong? Anyway , Does anyone else just fucking adore  Deku?? CUZ I DO LOOK AT HIM, HES SO PURE EJOFU31HF3QE This is set in a world where more than 80% of the population are born with "Quirks", which are super-human powers developed at birth. Deku, who aspires to be like his hero All Might, is the only kid in his class that's completely normal despite both his parents having Quirks themselves. Talk about unfair  😑 ​ I just love how despite all that he still wants to protect people. He even takes notes of all the Quirks he's witnessed.  Each hero is paid by the government based on their performance when fighting monsters. Better performance, better pay.  Based on the obvious trope this anime has, I'm assuming Deku has a "hidden power" residing in him....

As a fanfiction writer myself, I understand how hard it could be to try to squeeze out a couple chapters for your readers. Sometimes you don't even know what  to write and you end up getting stuck for a while until you receive some kind of reminder. Trust me, we've all been there. That's why it's important to just take your time and try your best to flow with it. It's a lot like writing a book. It takes a lot of time, effort, a few headaches here and there... But in the end it's worth it. It's your story, meaning you get to create it however you want. And the best part is that other people will enjoy it too. So don't break your head about writing the next chapter by tomorrow or getting over your writer's block. You're creating art . Art takes time.

Due to the fact that I’m a blogger and I write about every episode I watch, I only have time to watch 2 animes. AND I’m kind of a slow writer so that adds up.  I’ve been really anxious to watch “Boku no Hero Academia” because it’s so popular (and because I want to see the little frog character) but if I watch it without finishing the other series’, it’ll just throw me off. I’ll automatically feel obligated to write a review on it. Hmm 🤔 ​ I’ll just have to be faster when I write. And maybe just keep it short unless otherwise from now on. It probably would be better to make my posts a bit shorter, since I know some people have short attention spans these days. Okay, so maybe  the whole Soul Gem thing isn't too bad. Though you're trading your soul for a wish (which is the part I don't like about it), your soul is not exactly being taken from you . It's only being encased inside an unbreakable shell that you still have possession of. You just have to be careful not to lose it or your body will die, which is what happened when Madoka threw Sayaka's gem off the bridge. I'm also not fond of the fact that Kyubei never told anyone simply because they never asked. Though, depending on how he says it, the girls might have reconsidered had he told them in a way where it sounded terrible, such as the way he put it when Sayaka died the first time. I don't really like the fact that this anime is kind of teaching you to think selfishly. In case you haven't noticed already, This cute lil bean right here is my favorite character of all time. For those of you who've been reading my posts, you might remember that I had done a Character Analysis post for Mikasa a little while back. Some of you may ask WHY I love her so much. The answer is, she is so well-written. Most people in the fandom dislike her for being a Mary Sue, which I don't believe is true. There's a few bad traits under the surface that most won't acknowledge, which I will be explaining later in another post. Mikasa is considered to be the strongest female within the walls. This is due to her crazy-ass genetics, which she had obviously gotten from her late mother and father. She is one of the only members of the Ackerman clan alive AND the last Asian descendant. It's the first day of Witch School!! So I've noticed that when Akko is really excited, this girl starts laughing like a fucking maniac. And I've also noticed that I do the same 😱😱 They say the things you notice about other people are the traits you have yourself... I think I get why they call it a Soul Gem now. You basically trade your soul to this little piece of shit here in exchange for a single limitless wish, thus binding yourself to a lifelong contract promising to protect the Earth. So Sayaka basically gave herself up in order to make this guy happy... I'm not sure if I like it very much. I mean, it's sweet that she was selfless enough to use her one wish on someone else despite this guy being a huge asshole to her the other day, but I just keep having this feeling that something will happen to Sayaka. A lot of things about this episode was just so ominous and it freaks me out. This girl is still planning on taking Sayaka out, but in the middle of her planning Kyubey warns her that there's more than one Magical Girl in the city. However, Kyubey calls this Magical Girl an "irregularity" mainly because she's powerful but he's never exactly made a contract with her. I've not...

Everyone has their own preferences, right? Some prefer comedy, some prefer horror, some... don't really have a type and will just watch anything. As for me I'm a little weird with stuff like this. I have a type, but ironically it's not exactly the kind that I watch or read. I'm the kind that prefers comedy (everyone does really), romance (surprise surprise), and generally animes that are more light and fun. But you've all seen what I read and watch, and they're far from "light and fun". Maybe in reality I prefer the angsty stuff, even though I hate how exaggerated angst moments are sometimes when it's portrayed in... well basically anything -__- What genres of anime do you prefer?

So I've been hearing a lot about "Little Witch Academia" on tumblr and I saw the trailer on Netflix as well, so I thought "Why not?" But before we get started, I'd like to point out that Diana was in the audience at Chariot's show even though she was talking shit about her in the second episode (I usually write as I go by each episode but I might have cheated a bit  😅 ​ ). I especially like fantasy-type anime (well anything really) so knowing that it was about a human girl in an academy specifically for witches had gotten me interested a bit. However, while I find Akko adorable, I also find her a little annoying to a certain extent. I admire that she had an ultimate desire to become a witch. She had actually defied the odds through this that had actually been accepted into the Luna Nova Academy even though she's a human. I just don't like the fact that she wasn't prepared for this. Remember how Shouya had previously sold his stuff in order to get enough money to pay back his mom before he killed himself? Well,  since he's made the decision to keep living, now he no longer has a bike or even a futon to sleep on. So for today he borrows his mother's bike so he could get around town. As he eats alone on the steps, Shouya happens to realize that there's someone else sitting alone. However, we can't see this mysterious stranger since his face is covered with an "X", BUT we do know that his name is Nagatsuka. Shouya then later finds Nagatsuka getting bullied by another student in an attempt to take his bike. He decides to ignore it but then feels obligated to help when he and Nagatsuka make eye-contact. So  Shouya ends up giving his bike to the classmate. Aaand , classic bully move, the guy never returns the damn bike. Worst of all it was his mother's bike, so you know you're gonna get your ass kicked for something like that. ...

So the reason why I haven't been posting very frequently like I said I would is because I've been busying myself with starting an online store ( itsananimething.com ). It was a little scary at first if you want me to be honest. But in reality all things are if they're out of your comfort zone. I've realized that it's time for me to change. Something like this requires a LOT of self-discipline and focus, which means I have to start grinding like my life depends on it. Which means reading a lot of books, online articles, watching videos, creating schedules... It's kind of overwhelming after thinking about it for a while  😅 ​ But this gives me a chance to force myself out of my comfort-zone and really start taking even more control of the life I have! Alright, so you know how I was complaining in one of my other posts about how Season 2 of Shingeki was half as long as the first season? WELL GUESS WHAT MOTHERFUCKERS WE'RE GETTING A SEASON 3 THATS RIGHT SEASON FUCKING THREE According to this , it is set to air next year in 2018!! Hopefully they're not telling us this now only to get our hopes up and say it's actually set for 2019  😅 ​ That wouldn't be very good at all. Anyway, thank you for reading! The first episode was pretty interesting. The whole dream thing caught me off guard in the beginning  😅 ​ I thought this was supposed to be about "Magical Girls" saving the  world from inter-dimensional demons, not some girl standing around like an idiot when shit's floating in the air as she watches another girl fight a... robot?? You don't really expect to see the dad staying at home with the baby. And you wouldn't really expect the mom to have her kids wake her up in the morning so that she can go to work.
